Juveniles - NEW Members

We currently have a waiting list, if you would like your child to be added to the list please complete the form attached.  For parents who would like to get involved in coaching please include indication on the waiting list form.

Minimum Age: Our minimum age for new juvenile members is 6 years of age in the year of registration.  We cannot accept members below this age.
